Alright! so you sold your first team event. Now it is time to set it up. mooveTEAM is a pay-per-use platform, so you don’t have monthly fees. You only pay for the exact number of players that will play the activity. Of course, we have special prices according to the number of licenses you buy at once. We provide you with a complete guide on how to prepare for the event, including how to set the devices and a troubleshooting guide to deal with the most common issues and users’ doubts. We also will be available to help you via phone and email with you have any technical problems with the APP.
Through the web Back-office or with the admin role in the mobile app, you can follow the event live, with control of the position of the teams on the map, live score, and the possibility of launching tasks, sending rewards, and penalization to participants.
Immediately after the event, you can access an automatically generated reel with all the photos and videos generated by participants during the activity. It is great to reinforce the bonding experience among the group. You also get a full report with heat maps and the tasks done by each team.
