The eternal battle between the police and drug gangs has been a problem for decades, which is why the government has decided to deploy undercover agents. The working method used by these men and women is unprecedented! Completely cut off from all colleagues, these agents try to disrupt everything drug gangs try to set up.

During this outing, each team forms a criminal gang with a special task, for example: set up a good trade route, with Colombian drug cartels. Undercover agents are secretly placed on the various teams. Can they dismantle the criminal organizations, or will their identities be outdated before criminals find themselves in a safe location?

Team dynamics

The group is divided into teams of 6 (or 7) persons. Each team is then always divided into 3 sub-teams of 2 (or 3) persons.

The game can only be played outdoors. Each sub team walks through the environment with a (own) device and all assignments are only activated when they are present at a location. Each subteam has its own playing field in this game. Some assignments in this game are therefore not the same for every subteam. There are a number of “secret” locations in the game that are the same for all sub teams and where they can come together. Here, agreements are made at those moments, objects are exchanged and, if necessary, teammates can be exchanged.

The 3 sub-teams (within one team), as explained earlier, all partly have a different playing field and different tasks. It may happen that one sub-team receives certain information or objects (such as a smuggling aircraft) that another sub-team needs to be able to continue. So it takes the necessary team building and trust to jointly grow into a powerful gang.

In each team there are two roles: 5 team members are criminals and 1 team member is an undercover agent. These roles are not known to each other and are secret. The goal of the criminal team members is to make as much money as possible. The purpose of the undercover is to find out where certain crucial objects are and find a way to confiscate these objects. For this, he / she must of course first gain the confidence of the criminals and get the device in their hands.
